Frozen Border drop their first 12" for 2010 from another undercover agent.You should know the styles with these guys by now; stripped and optimized underground techno tools for those who like to go until the sun sets again. The A-side rolls out a threatening bass rumble with dry, frictional percussion grazing the surface and subtly aquatic dub chord adding space and depth. The B-side could almost be a Marcel Dettmann production (but we don't think it is), unloading another dread bassline only with more emphasis on the shivering hi-hat swing and coarse internal syncopations. For fans of Regis, Norman Nodge, Marcel Fengler or Szare - big twelve.
